SoonBank: Creation of an SME & freelance banking app from scratch, designing the entire UX experience and UI design.
Involved in all the design phases (research, design thinking, UX architecture, UML diagrams, prototype, user test, UI design, accessibility, UX writer).

Habitant / Globant | UX lead (Oct 2021 – Oct 2022)
Banco Santander: Disputes made friendly, design an omnichannel experience (back office, branch, clients). Collaborating with different designers, other teams, and stakeholders to design a powerful functionality used in many countries.

Globile app: Redesign Banco Santander worldwide App – International environment). Involved in all design processes of the project.
Financial timeline: Participating in all design processes for a new concept of the Financial timeline. The Financial timeline aims to offer clients a different approach to tracking their movements with a time-based view of their finances (daily, weekly, monthly).
Global search: Global Searcher is aimed to provide the client with a unique point to find all the user needs from the app. Involved in the design process.
PFM: Conceptualization, ideation and design for the PFM. The user can choose the type of “Personal Pocket” that he wants to configure (for example Home, Mobility or personalized).
Inbox: Participating in all design processes for a new feature, where the user can manage his movements (add a photo, add a note, add a category, …).
Manage App & website: Creation and maintenance of the website and App (Particulares, Empresas). Creation of the UI Kit.

Accessibility: Redesign several PDF documents to adapt them to AAA accessibility.

When I’m not at my desk…

A few years ago I took up trail running -Ultra distance- (I know, I’m insane). When Trail runners work out, the goal is to get better with each training session. This means that I am constant, I am persistent, and I do not leave things half-done.
Also, I’m a heavy traveller, but not a normal one: I love road trips, overlander, and adventure travel; I can meet and know new people, and explore new cultures and countries, … So I’m not afraid to do new things, connect with new people, live new experiences, and face unknown situations, …
